Helping people has always been a passion of mine, hence why I was drawn to sales from the very beginning of my professional career. It also serves me well as a mom, more on that later. I began my sales career in tech sales, quickly soaring to the top of the charts with awards and recognition for my accomplishments. This helped build the foundation for my true calling, real estate. In 2014 I took the leap of faith and got my real estate license and never looked back. I quickly built a reputation of a reliable and successful agent that people could trust with this major life decision. With my engaging personality, excellent marketing and negotiation skills and broad knowledge of the local housing market it wasn't long before I was at the top again.
I pride myself on building strong connections with clients, utilizing impeccable negotiating skills and specializing in giving buyers a competitive edge in multiple offer situations. The relationship is the most important part of the transaction. I build that with trust, professionalism, and dedication to customer service and above all, always keeping my clients best interest front and center. In most cases I end up becoming more than just a realtor, I become a friend. Being an integral part of such and important life transactions, builds incredibly strong bonds. I'm so very grateful and proud to be a part of this time in so many peoples lives. It energizes me to continue to strive to become even better. My clients recognize this and that is why over 50% of my business is client referrals; they know their friends and family are always safe in my hands. I have been fortunate enough to work with builders, developers, home buyers, home sellers and investors. I've been through the building process myself and I love the process which also creates a level of comfort.
Beyond being a Realtor, I am a mom. My girls are my pride and joy and what drives me. We spend our free time traveling, entertaining, paddle boarding, working out skiing, and most importantly playing and hiking with our Bernedoodle, Oakley. My girls have watched me grow and thrive in this career and seen me thoroughly enjoy what I do, so much so that my that my older daughter, Kasey, is following in my footsteps, majoring in Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin Business School. I couldn't be prouder of that. I look forward seeing her shine and seeing both of my girls spread their wings and fly.
